With lot sizes decreasing everywhere, (even here in New England) some lots do not allow for very wide houses today. Our collection of Narrow Lot Houses are not only attractive, but have very user friendly living plans. They can all be framed with conventional framing methods and are great dollar values. Most of these Narrow Lot Homes have covered entries and garages. Some even have large garages. All the plans in this series are less than 52 feet wide, allowing them to fit on almost all narrow lots.

The sq. footage shown on the plan is a close approximation of the living space only. Our Narrow Lot Home Plans come standard with 2x6 walls, high insulation recommendations, and most have full basements.
