Small Home Plans
With fuel and energy costs rising every year, people will soon be downsizing (if not now). We have Small Home Plans within most plan groups, but we thought we’d help you by putting all our small plans together under one listing. Some of these Small home Plans are single story homes and some of them are two story homes, but all are under 1800 sq. ft.
All our Small House Plans come with standard 2x6 walls. Most, though not all, have full basements.
If you like one of our Small House Plans, but would like to make changes to it, please feel free to contact
us any time.

All of our Home Plans, (without changes) can be quickly ordered by clicking the “Buy now” button. You will be transferred to pay pal where you can use your pay pal account or your own credit card. Either way you’ll be assures a safe transaction.
You may also feel free to call us anytime if you have a question about any of our House Plans. There is no such thing as a dumb question, so when you call, please feel free to ask any questions that you have. We would rather take the time with you, than to have you wondering about something that may be important.
