3 BR Modern Colonial Home Plans

Today’s Modern Colonial Homes differ from the original box shape of years past. Somewhere around the 70’s builders and designers started adding bump-outs or projections on traditional colonials to give them more curb appeal, and more useful floor space. Our modern colonials offer one or more bump-outs for style and function. We have a mixture of simple modern style and more elaborate styles.

If one of our Colonial House Plans has a porch, or a garage, it is included in the plan price. If it does not, they can be added at a reasonable cost. The sq. footage shown on the plan is the living space only. Our colonial Home Plans all come standard with 2x6 walls, full basements, and high insulation recommendations.

If you like any of our Colonial Home Plans, but would like to make changes to it, contact us any time through the site or by phone. Most changes can be done very quickly and affordably.

All of our Home Plans, (without changes) can be quickly ordered by clicking the “Buy now” button. You will be transferred to pay pal where you can use your pay pal account or your own credit card. Either way you’ll be assures a safe transaction.
